SPECIALISED NUTRITION

We’re so excited to have qualified Nutritionist Megan O’Mara from Balanced Nutrition and Fitness join us for this challenge. She will provide each participant with a Nutrition Booklet which will provide you with:

  • Guidelines on healthy eating
  • Sample meal plans for 3 meals per day OR 6 meals/snacks per day
  • Snack list and a yummy bliss ball recipe
  • Recommended food to compliment your type of training
  • Recommended water intake based on gender, weight etc
  • What doesn’t help weight loss and how to effectively use supplements, protein shakes, electrolyte drinks
  • Sleep advice
  • Contact details for Megan

 

Megan will also send you weekly emails and will be contributing to our Facebook support group with ongoing weekly goals that she will set each week. This will ensure you have good accountability to someone when it comes to your nutrition and it will help to keep you focused week after week. The aim is that by the end of Week 6 you will have achieved all 6 goals that week.

EXCLUSIVE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE CLASSES

Three of our SWET trainers who all specialise in different areas of training will be jumping on board this challenge again to hone in on those areas of fitness that you would like to work on over the 6 weeks and YOU get to choose how your 6 week programme will work.

 

So as not to clash with your favourite classes, the extra sessions each week will be as follows:

SPECIALISED MONITORING

Because we know exactly how hard you will be working over the 6 weeks, YOU DESERVE to know exactly how you are tracking too. That is why we have teamed up with Health and Fitness Testing NZ who will provide every participant with full 3D body composition scans before and after the 6 week challenge.

In just 40 seconds and without the use of radiation, the Fit3D ProScanner will take a complete 3D, 360° body scan and extract the most commonly used fitness/health measurements. Within 10 mins of the scan, you will receive an individualised online report which includes the 3D, 360° body image and key measurements. It will also compare the size of one limb to the other, which has shown to be invaluable for those building muscle. Upon request, reports can also be shared with your personal trainer or doctor. This means, you no longer have to rely on handwritten paper reports or excel spreadsheets to monitor your data as these online reports will accurately compare your first scan to any future scans.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHAT DOES THIS COVER?

MEMBERS​​:

$199: Early Bird Price until Wed 24 October 2018 OR
$249: All registrations from Thu 25 October

NON-MEMBERS​​:
$499 which covers all of the above plus a 6 Week SWET Membership. This membership gives you access to unlimited classes on our timetable for the 6 week duration. We can also spread the cost of the challenge out over the 8 weeks. All registrations close at 10pm on Wednesday 31 October 2018.

Cost can be spread over the 6 week period or, alternatively, you can pay the whole amount separately, prior to the challenge starting.

WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START AND FINISH?

The challenge will start on Monday 05 November. All 3D Body Composition Scans and ‘Before’ photos MUST be completed by Monday 05 November 2018. As mentioned above, the 3D Body Composition Scans and photos will be completed at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks. At the end of the 6 weeks, the final day for Body Composition scans will be Friday 14 December.

The 8 week challenge ends on Sunday 16 December 2018 and this also be when we announce our 2 winners at the 6 week challenge celebration breakfast/prizegiving.

HOW DO I WIN THIS CHALLENGE?

Two prize packs will be awarded to our top male and top female participants.

These will be based on the biggest difference in overall comparative results between the 3D body composition scans taken before and after the challenge.
