New Winter SWET Timetable Starting April 19
Hey SWET’ers we’ve had a little change up for Winter. Check out our New Winter Timetable that will start 5am, April 19, 2021.
You’ll also notice on the booking schedule a few Trainer changes. We are welcoming Sammy Soulsa back to the floor on Thursday mornings and DJ back to Monday evenings. We’ve also got our strength specific classes starting on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm. Bookings are essential as these are capped at smaller numbers. We will work on a 8 week strength program where you will be able to monitor and track your results.
New Class additions Strength and conditioning = Specific 8 week Strength and technique training program Send it Saturdays = A trainer special Hiit style session to kick off the weekend Throwback Thursdays = Our tried and true, tested old school workouts – SWET style
Our Team are excited to take you through their new classes and are amped to keep you healthy and fit throughout the winter months.
The 9.30am Classes are still in play and we will continue to monitor these numbers over the next month.
You’ll also get to meet our new Trainer Madison (Madi) Daysh who will be learning the ropes over the next month. We know you will all welcome her with open arms and a warm SWET Whānau smile 🙂
