SUSPENSIONS
You can enjoy a free one-month suspension every six months. If you need to suspend your membership for health reasons, there’s no limit, as long as you can provide a valid medical certificate. Just give us five working days’ notice to suspend your membership, and we’ll confirm everything via email.
CANELLATIONS
Please be aware that we will require up to 5 business days to action any terminations. Any fees that have already been paid, cannot be refunded and termination will be from the date your last membership fee covered you up until. If you are cancelling within a minimum contracted period, you may attract penalty fees. An email will be sent back to you to confirm the termination and if any further fees are payable.
