Sam and DJ will give you the full run-down on the 6-week programme and explain how to maximise your results by using all the resources we’ve packed into this challenge. They will also explain the ‘chain’ concept we’ll be introducing which we know will keep that engagement up all the way through.
FULL 6-WEEK MEAL PLAN GUIDELINES
Plan all your meals and snacks throughout the 6 weeks using our tried and trusted recipes which have been designed specifically for this challenge to help compliment your training.
There’s no need to make separate meals just for yourself over the 6 weeks as we’re certain your whole household will enjoy these nutritious dishes too. For those that did our last challenge, we have added even more delicious and fresh recipes into our challenge kit.
SPECIALISED EXERCISE SESSIONS
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t always make it to the gym. That’s why every week we will send you a fresh batch of online video workouts that you will be able to do from anywhere you like! These will be super easy to follow and will focus on the following modalities:
And, of course every Sunday at 9am, you will be able to find Sammy at Anderson Park ready to to take you for his end of week running session.
We’ve modernized our approach to help us and yourselves track and monitor your progress. You will each be set up with your own profile on our 6-week challenge app in which you will be able to:
– log your workouts and plan your exercise schedule
– message your support team of trainers and keep your conversations in one place
– access our customised 6-week challenge exercise videos
– access our 6-week meal planner recipes
– easily log your results so that you can track your exercise history and metrics.
TWO 3D BODY SCANS
Because we know exactly how hard you will work over the 6 weeks, YOU DESERVE to know exactly how you are tracking too. That is why we have teamed up with Health and Fitness Testing NZ who will provide every participant with full 3D body composition scans before and after the 6 week challenge.
In just 40 seconds and without the use of radiation, the Fit3D ProScanner will take a complete 3D, 360° body scan and extract the most commonly used fitness/health measurements. Within 10 mins of the scan, you will receive an individualised online report which includes the 3D, 360° body image and key measurements. It will also compare the size of one limb to the other, which has shown to be invaluable for those trying to build muscle. Upon request, reports can also be shared with your personal trainer or doctor. This means, you no longer have to rely on handwritten paper reports or Excel spreadsheets to monitor your data as these online reports will accurately compare your first scan to any future scans.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
NON-MEMBERS: $499 this covers all the above plus a 6-week SWET membership which gives you access to unlimited classes on our timetable.
The cost can be spread out over the 6 week period, or alternatively, a lump sum can be paid prior to the challenge starting.
All registrations close at 10 pm on Thursday 16 May 2019.
WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START AND FINISH?
The challenge will start on Monday 20 May 2019. All pre-challenge 3D Body Composition Scans MUST be completed by Wednesday 22 May 2019. At the end of the 6 weeks, if you would like to be considered for a prize, the final day for scans will be Saturday 29 June 2019.
The 6-week challenge ends on Sunday 30 June 2019 at 10:30 am which is when we will announce our 2 winners at the 6-week challenge celebration breakfast/prizegiving.
HOW DO I WIN THIS CHALLENGE
A prize pack will be awarded to each of our top male and female participants.
These will be based on the biggest difference in overall comparative results between 3D body composition scans taken before and after the challenge. Extra points will also be given to those that complete the chain challenge too.
