It’s been an absolute whirlwind 24 hrs and we hope you are all doing okay SWET’ers.

We are also thinking of all those impacted by Saturday and wish you all the very best for the remainder of your isolation period this week.

Following on from last night’s email, we can now confirm our temporary timetable for the period 17-19 February 2022.

Extending a massive thank you to our fill-in trainers who most of you will know well already, Izaac O’Hara, Ben Edusei, and Arna Scott.

This is our temporary timetable for the period 17-19 Feb only.
Our normal timetable will resume as of Mon 21 Feb.
For those isolated at home that would like to continue to work out, we still have a huge selection of pre-recorded online classes you can choose from on our Members Facebook Page.

For those that haven’t read last night’s email, please click here for all the details around SWET being deemed a location of interest.

Ministry of Health has advised that anyone who was in the gym on Sat 12 Feb between 8am – 3pm will need to:

1. Self-isolate at home for seven days from Sat 12 Feb
2. Get a test on Day 5 (Thu 17 Feb)
3. Self-monitor for symptoms for 10 days

If symptoms develop at any time during the ten days, get another test immediately and stay at home until you receive a negative test result and until 24 hours after you no longer have symptoms.

You can end your self-isolation after 7 days, so long as you have no new or worsening symptoms and a negative day 5 test (that is, on day 8 you can go back to work or school or normal daily life).

If you are a close contact who is vaccinated and asymptomatic, you may be able to continue to work through the Close Contact Exemption Scheme, if you work for a critical service.
If
you are deemed a critical worker you may be able to get a Rapid Antigen Testing kit from a collection site rather than self-isolating. Click here for more details.

The factsheet below provides helpful information on COVID-19 and precautions you can take to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. The fact sheet should be read together with the advice on self-isolation or staying at home at Advice for people with COVID-19 and any specific advice that may be given to you by your doctor, Healthline (0800 358 5453) or public health official.

If your income has been affected by COVID-19, you might also be able to apply for financial support. Click here for more details.

Once again, we sincerely apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused.
